Scheduling communications

It would be extremely helpful if there was a scheduling function for sending emails and texts. Due to the expectations of schools with testing we are having to send emails/texts out of hours and this function would be helpful.

Ability to Communicate with Alumni and Prospective Pupils

We would like to be able to communication with Past & Prospective Pupils and we currently hold their contact information in our MIS system (Engage). Could these be pulled through to be used to send emails/newsletters too.

Sending personalised reports out by email on mass

Being able to send an email to all of a year groups parents with the childs report attached to the email. The system would do this automatically without the need to manually uplaod a report and send each email seperately.

Email - embed images into emails

The ability to embed images into emails, so that they don't need to be uploaded as an attachment.Currently the only way that we can add images is either to add an attachment that has to be clicked on, or to add them to a letter attached to the email.
